Want an inside look at new and upcoming releases? “Up Next” is Stark Library’s monthly book review blog, featuring original reviews written by a Collection Department expert.
Each post highlights new and soon-to-be-released adult fiction titles from a variety of genres, giving readers an early look at books worth adding to their reading lists. You'll also find complementary reading lists that suggest similar titles to enjoy while you wait for the next bestseller.

Sometimes choosing your next book can feel like the hardest part of reading. That’s where “Your Next Read” comes in. This personalized service connects you with one of Stark Library’s knowledgeable librarians, who will create a customized reading list based on your favorite genres, authors, series, or books you’ve enjoyed in the past.
Simply share what you like to read, and our staff will do the rest, introducing you to new authors, hidden gems, and titles you may not have discovered on your own.
