Stark Library welcomed 548,658 visits this year, filling its locations with familiar faces, new friends and the everyday moments that make our local libraries feel like home.
Library users kept stories moving, checking out a combined 1,590,564 physical and digital items shared across neighborhoods, families and generations.
Through the Books by Mail program, the library delivered 4,142 items to homebound patrons, bringing comfort, companionship and the joy of reading directly to their doors. In schools across Stark County, library staff reached 8,376 young learners with books, imagination and encouragement that help children dream bigger.
Across all Stark Library locations, more than 85,000 people of all ages attended programs this year, bringing neighbors together, sparking curiosity and strengthening connections throughout the community.
