It's that time of year again—the school shopping is complete, bus and drop-off schedules are out, and your little one (or big kid, or tween, or teen) is ready to jump back in the classroom. While there are countless resources out there to help your child conquer this school year, school success starts HERE at Stark Library.
E - Early Learners
It’s never too early to put a focus on your little one’s future success. Our Ready for School Program connects you and your child (from birth to age 5 Pre-K) with our School Readiness Specialist to establish a solid plan for their learning goals. They’ll meet with you at any Stark Library location every other month and provide you with materials that are free and age-appropriate to help work on those early literacy skills.
L - Elementary
Did you know that Stark Library offers homework help for children in kindergarten through third grade? All it takes is scheduling an appointment with our School Readiness Specialists and your child will be given the tools for homework success!
WT - Tweens and Teens
Those tweens and teens might not be “children” anymore, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t resources at their disposal. Here you’ll find easy-to-use resources on thousands of subjects spanning elementary school through high school.
Educators
School success isn’t solely focused on the children—we’re here to support our teachers, as well. With a Stark Library Educator Card, you’ll have access to educator units, lit kits, and so many FREE resources. If you don’t have your Educator Card yet, it’s easy to sign up.
