Celebrate America 250 with Stark Library
2026 marks 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence, a historic milestone known as America 250. This once-in-a-generation commemoration offers an opportunity to reflect on the nation’s past, explore the present, and imagine the future we are building together.
Stark Library is proud to take part in this national commemoration by providing access to resources, programs, and events that highlight the diverse stories, voices, and experiences that have shaped America.
Through books, archives, discussions, and community activities, we invite patrons of all ages to engage with history, learn from multiple perspectives, and discover how our shared past continues to influence our lives today.
