The following instructions explain how to use a Stark County District Library (SCDL) card to access Zinio - the world's largest newsstand, which offers full color, interactive digital magazines. Browse popular titles with no holds, no checkout periods, and no limit to the number of magazines you can download. Read issues on a computer or a tablet or smart phone by downloading the free app. This service is free. All that is required is a library card and e-mail address.
