Request Forms

Online patrons can receive limited research by e-mail from the Genealogy Department. Replies to research requests by e-mail is FREE, but we do ask that patrons pay for any photocopies made on their behalf as well as postage and a small handling fee. Currently, copies are $0.25 or $0.50 each depending on paper size.

Requests for research are answered in order of receipt. Due to the volume of mail received, it may be a while before we get to your request.  Please feel free to contact us to check on the status of your request if more than one month passes.
