Microsoft Office Word I (Word Processing)

Microsoft Office Word is a word processing software for creating documents such as flyers, announcements, and more.  In the Microsoft Word I class you can learn how to open, close and save a documents; basic skills such as cut, copy and paste; basic formatting including Bold, Italics, Underline, Font Color, Font Size, and Font Style.

Intermediate Skills Windows II Files, Folders, and Storage

The document storage area of a PC is referred to as the Libraries.  Inside the Libraries you will find sub-catagories such as Documents, Pictures, Photos, eMedia, and Music.  In the Windows II Files, Folders, and Storage class you can learn about the Libraries; how to create a folder; how to place items in folders; move and rename folders and files; and create shortcuts for your files and folders on the desktop.
