Excel I, II, III, IV

Excel I
Learn to open, close, and save an excel worksheet; review the ribbons (Home and Insert), groups and buttons; including cut, copy, and paste; Font, Alignment, Number, Styles, Cells and Editing; gain an understanding of the difference between a worksheet and workbook; develop a formatted Workbook and Worksheet by learning the basic formatting skills such as cell formatting (merge and center), auto fill box, specific key strokes such as date and time, copy and paste; AutoSum.

Excel II
Continue working with Excel when concentrating on the Formulas and Page Layout Ribbons; obtain knowledge of components of a basic Excel formula (add, subtract, multiply, and divide); sort information in ascending and descending order.
Learn about Hyperlinks including web URLS and email addresses. Explore the Contextual Toolbars that are found under the image and picture options; gain an understanding of the use of Special Paste to link documents together. 

Excel III
Learn to create a workspace using multiple excel workbooks; create and use templates; create labels using the Mail Merge Wizard found in Word.  Learn the basics of creating charts and graphs from the data that you have input into an Excel Worksheet.

Excel VI: Charts and Pivot Tables
Learn the basic features of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts in Excel 2007.
